Shipping policy
Processing times
- Desk Friends and sculptures: handmade to order. They ship within 1–2 weeks.
- Pins, cards, notepads, and other small items: usually ship within 1–3 business days.
- Apparel and phone cases: printed to order by our production partner. They usually ship within 2–7 business days. They ship separately from their facility, so they may arrive in a different package than the rest of your order.
- Snail Mail Club: each month's mail goes out during the last week of the month before its theme. For example, September's mail is mailed in the last week of August. Signups for each month close on the last day of the month before.
U.S. shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. U.S. orders of $60 or more get free standard shipping, and Snail Mail Club shipping is always included in the subscription price. Express shipping is available at checkout for most items.
Some small, flat items ship by stamped letter mail. Letter mail is affordable but untracked.
International shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices. Delivery times vary by country and customs.
Addresses, lost, and delayed packages
Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If a tracked package hasn't arrived, contact us within 14 days of its expected delivery date and we'll help you track it down. Untracked letter mail can't be traced once it's mailed. If a letter-mail item doesn't arrive, contact us within 14 days of when it should have arrived and we'll resend it as long as we still have that item in stock.
