Due to the handmade and limited nature of Fancy Froggy creations, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not guaranteed and are handled at my sole discretion.
Please carefully review your order details and shipping address before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and order information so I can review the issue and attempt to make it right.

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
For Snail Mail, shipping times are different. Your snail mail should typically arrive around the first week of every month.
Fancy Froggy Snail Mail is designed to arrive around the first week of each month. Because every package is handmade and shipped in small batches, exact delivery dates may vary slightly depending on postal service times.
If your Snail Mail has not arrived by the end of the month, please reach out so I can look into it. I am unable to replace or refund items that are not reported within that timeframe.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for your convenience.
