Hi, I'm Morgan! I'm a Christian, wife, mom to 3, & artist that hand sculpts tiny clay frogs and other cozy creatures. What started as a lifelong love for art slowly grew into the whimsical little world that is Fancy Froggy today. Every piece is sculpted, painted, and finished by hand with the hope that it brings warmth, charm, and wonder to your day. ✨

How We Got Here

A lifelong love of art, a few little frogs, and a lot of unexpected turns.

Beginning
My love for art began when I was around 4 years old ✴︎

My love for art began when I was around 4 years old ✴︎

Growing up I was completely obsessed with creating in every form possible… drawing, storytelling, designing tiny characters, building little imaginary worlds, and turning ideas in my head into something real. ♡ Creativity was never just a hobby for me. It was the way I experienced the world.

2011

At 10 years old, I discovered the magic of Polymer Clay ✦︎

On a trip in California, we stopped at a gas station, on the side of the mountains. There, I found a little "How to Polymer Clay" book and I instantly fell in love with the craft. I spent years sculpting tiny characters, filming little tutorials, and writing and illustrating little stories about my dolls and just things that my little mind thought of.

More Art!

More Art!

In high school, I took multiple college-level art classes and spent countless hours building two separate art portfolios in a single year. Both portfolios ended up receiving the highest scores in the state of Texas, a moment that deeply encouraged me to believe that maybe this childhood dream of becoming an artist could actually become real. ☆

2020

At 19 years old, I moved from Texas to Indiana and suddenly found myself trying to build a completely new life far away from everything familiar ✴︎

It was exciting, emotional, and unfamiliar at times. I stayed connected to my creativity by teaching children how to sculpt with polymer clay, while studying in college. In 3.5 years, I graduated from the University of Houston with my Bachelors degree & also got married! During this season of life, Fancy Froggy quietly began.

It started with a few little frogs

It started with a few little frogs

While teaching, I sculpted the sweetest little set of frogs ~ and immediately knew they were special. They felt like tiny storybook characters with personalities of their own. That was the moment I realized I didn’t just want to make sculptures… I wanted to create an entire world around them. ♡

2023

My froggy universe grew, as well as my family

Over the years, that little frog universe grew alongside me, as I had my babies (2 under 2!), I was now a mom to three, and continued creating through every stage of life. I started bringing my little frogs to local vending events, honestly not fully knowing what I was doing at first — I just knew I wanted to share this magical little world with people. And somehow, people connected with them! (:

Now
A dream became a tiny world ✴︎

A dream became a tiny world ✴︎

Today, every Fancy Froggy piece is still hand sculpted by me with the same wonder, imagination, and love for storytelling that inspired me as a little girl. Each frog is meant to feel comforting, nostalgic, whimsical, and full of personality ~ like a tiny companion from another world. Fancy Froggy is more than just a small business to me. It’s the childhood dream of a girl who never stopped believing in art, storytelling, and tiny magical worlds.

So, whether you’re here because you love frogs, fairy tales, cozy aesthetics, or simply want a little more whimsy in your life, I’m truly grateful you found your way here. Welcome to the froggy universe!
